The Golden State Warriors acquired forward Kyle Anderson in a sign-and-trade with the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Anderson will join the Warriors on a three-year, $27 million deal. Golden State is sending Minnesota a second-round pick swap and cash as part of the trade (via Wojnarowski).
Per ESPN's Bobby Marks, Anderson will go into the $16 million trade exception created from Klay Thompson's sign-and-trade to the Dallas Mavericks (h/t NBA insider Marc Stein).
