With perfection comes notice.
The Warriors’ Stephen Curry was named the NBA’s Western Conference Player of the Week on Monday after helping his team push its season-opening win streak to a record-tying 15 with four more victories.
Curry averaged 30.8 points (second most in the league), 6 assists, 5.5 rebounds and 3 steals in defeats of Toronto, the Clippers, Chicago and Denver.
He shot 50.6 percent from the field (96 percent on free throws) and had 17 three-pointers in the four games.
