The Warriors head coach, who has basically been playing variations of a pat hand the past few NBA seasons, has been playing chess in his head. He thinks All-Star guard D’Angelo Russell, who came to the Warriors in a trade from Brooklyn this summer, is an exciting piece to have on the board.
“I watched him a lot last year,” Kerr said during an appearance on Bleacher Report’s “The Full 48” podcast.
