OAKLAND – For the most part, the Warriors are in such an envious position.
They are favored to win the NBA championship for the fourth time in five years. They also have five All-Stars in Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and DeMarcus Cousins. And unlike 29 other NBA teams, they do not need or plan to make any deal leading into trade deadline on Thursday.
“I don’t sense we’re in a position this year where anybody is worried. Nor should they,” Warriors coach Steve Kerr said. “I think the sense of it here is that’s everybody else’s problem.
