Warriors backup point guard Shaun Livingston ruled out indefinitely

OAKLAND -- Shaun Livingston has been sidelined for nine days now, and his absence from the Warriors could extend to a full two weeks or longer.

Livingston, coping with lingering soreness in his right foot, was ruled out for Monday night's game against the Memphis Grizzlies at Oracle Arena.

“I talked to him, and he’s feeling a lot better,” Warriors coach Steve Kerr said after practice Sunday. “But he needs a little practice before we put him out there.”

Livingston, 33, has played in four of the team’s 10 games this season but only twice since Oct.
