OAKLAND – The Warriors promoted Bruce Fraser and Chris DeMarco to assistant coaches Monday, also the hiring of former Warrior Mike Dunleavy and as a scout, according to a team release.
The team also hired Steve Kerr’s son Nick to the video department.
Fraser, best known for helping guide Stephen Curry’s rise during Kerr’s tenure, will now be apart of the coaching staff.
“Bruce has done a great job,” said Kerr. “He’s taken on more responsibility on the coaching side in terms of our offensive schemes, and so it seemed like a natural fit to bump both guys up into those roles.
