The Golden State Warriors have made a lot of coaching staff moves this offseason, and apparently that’s still underway. According to a report from The Athletic’s Anthony Slater, the team has hired one of their former players, Hilton Armstrong, to the coaching staff. He begins his coaching career in the video department, and has already gotten started.
Slater notes that Armstrong has been with the Warriors Summer League team, both in Sacramento last week and in Las Vegas this week.
Armstrong was the No. 12 overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft, and played eight seasons for six different franchises.
