Last offseason, the Golden State Warriors‘ depth took a hit when backup point guard Shaun Livingston announced his retirement.
Despite this, the Warriors never found a suitable replacement for Livingston, and they are heading into next season with Ky Bowman penciled in as the reserve point guard to Stephen Curry.
Bowman’s rookie season was a bit of a mixed bag.
He appeared in 45 games, including 12 starts, where he posted 11.9 PPG, 4.6 APG, and 4.3 RPG while shooting 42 percent from the field and 31 percent from beyond the arc.
