Seeing LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant square off was appointment viewing for any NBA fan and the regular season meetings between the two teams served as a preview of what one could expect in the NBA Finals. With James and Irving now playing for different teams and the Cavaliers once again destined for the NBA Draft Lottery, Friday night’s game didn’t generate the same excitement as the previous meetings.
