If you care more about the Golden State Warriors’ loss to the Philadelphia 76ers than Patrick McCaw’s dom performance, you're doing summer league wrong.
McCaw had 25 points including 5-for-10 shooting from 3-point range, but missed a game-winner at the buzzer in a 95-93 loss to the Sixers.
McCaw started the game as the Warriors’ lead ball handler and was aggressive from start to finish, hitting threes on spot ups and off the dribble — McCaw took full advantage of taking the court without multiple All-Star teammates.
Yet while McCaw’s dominance might have been expected given what we saw from him during his rookie season, Damian Jones’ game — particularly on the defensive end -- might have been the most significant development moving forward.
