SALT LAKE CITY — Utah point guard George Hill will miss his third straight game Monday night with a left big toe injury, according to the Salt Lake Tribune.
The decision was made after Jazz head coach Quin Snyder convened with the training staff in the lead-up to Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinals. One of the league’s more underrated facilitators, Hill is second on the team with 15.6 points per game in the playoffs.
With Hill out, Shelvin Mack will again start at point guard. Mack had 11 points, five assists, four rebounds and one steal in 37 minutes of Game 3.
