The Golden State Warriors are not good, folks. After an inexplicable hot start to the season due to depth and vibes, we’re safely back in familiar territory: a play-in team getting whupped at home by the Sacramento Kings. Something must be done, most agree, but what, at this point, can be done, and is ownership/management sufficiently panicked by the prospect of another deflating year of treading water whilst slowly drowning? Swing-for-the-fences moves keep being teased (Paul George, Lauri Markkanen, LeBron James lol), with the most recent big name bandied about being none other than Jimmy Butler, currently suspended by the team he has led to the NBA Finals (twice) for being hilariously disgruntled.
