Some say there's a basketball game happening tonight between the Warriors and the Thunder, but it's certainly second-fiddle to the great heartbreak of our time, as dramatized by the new TNT promo for tonight's game.
The NBA on TNT spot has it all: black and white, slo-mo contemplative staring and, of course, the song "Hello" by Adele. In it, one-time paramours(?) Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook sadly grapple with life alone. Did KD or Westbrook call a thousand times? Who's the most sorry for everything they've done? It IS so typical that Russell to talk about himself.
Much like Adele, KD and Westbrook may need a few more years to do some healing.
