Kerr made his weekly call-in appearance with Warriors flagship station 95.7 The Game’s “Willard and Dibs” afternoon show on Thursday, just one day after the Dubs’ heartbreaking loss 114-111 to the Spurs. When the hosts asked the coach about the synergy between Kuminga and Jimmy Butler, Kerr responded with how the team “leaned into” lineups involving the 35-year-old forward since they brought wins to Golden State, and that the 22-year-old was left out due to injury.
