The Golden State Warriors are absolutely rolling right now, with their star trade pickup Jimmy Butler fitting in seamlessly next to Steph Curry and Draymond Green.
But the Dubs only landed Butler because they were spurned by an ex. Kevin Durant said he didn’t want to be traded from the Phoenix Suns, forcing Butler and the Warriors into what was clearly a marriage of convenience. In spite of that rejection, there sure remains a lot of smoke that the Warriors could try once again to bring Durant back to the Bay.
