While just about every fan and analyst believe they’ll turn it around, the Golden State Warriors have been a sub-.500 team since the All-Star break. Through nine games, they’ve lost five, including one 33-point loss to Boston.
Since the break, they’ve looked awful. It’s been even more obvious that this team is extremely top heavy, and some night, it really hurts their effectiveness. If Curry, Thompson and Durant all have off nights, it’s almost impossible for Golden State to win.
The Warriors join the Hawks and Wizards as the only teams that are 4-5 since the break.
