Klay Thompson walked back onto the court and made two free throws with a torn ACL in Game 6 of the NBA Finals, and it sounds like he fully planned on going back in later.
After the game, head coach Steve Kerr said the shooting guard told him he needed just a "two-minute rest" before returning.
"Klay being Klay he just turned right around and came back and shot the free throws, we committed the automatic foul to get him out of the game," Kerr said of Thompson coming back out of the tunnel to shoot his free throws.
