LOS ANGELES - The Warriors trailed by as many as 23 points and were still down by 10 with 4:54 to play, but they made 4 of 5 three-pointers in crunch time to pull off an improbable 124-117 victory at Staples Center.
Here are the things we were paying particular attention to, heading into Thursday’s game:
1. Guarding against injuries: Both the Warriors and Clippers have ailing guards. Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson (probable) has been sporadically hampered by back stiffness, and backup point guard Shaun Livingston (questionable) missed Tuesday’s game with a left hip flexor strain.
