NEW YORK — After practices last season, Steve Kerr could hardly look away as Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry shot at the same basket at the team’s facility in Oakland.
Two of the best shooters in the world would routinely work out for another hour as they went through their respective shooting drills. It was something Kerr — a great shooter during his 15-year career — not only admired, but believed any young player also watching could learn from.
