Stephen Curry arrived in Tokyo on Sunday bearing gifts — none more valuable than his take on the Warriors.
“The story is still going,” said Curry according to the Associated Press. “A lot of people said this is going to be the end, but I’m not going to let that happen. It’s going to be fun to come back and chase more championships next year and beyond.”
The Warriors earlier this month fell two victories short of capturing their third consecutive NBA championship. They will start the 2019-2020 season without Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson, who are looking at lengthy rehabilitations after major injuries.
