Stephen Curry missed practice Wednesday morning for precautionary reasons, but acting head coach Mike Brown expects the two-time reigning NBA MVP to play Thursday night in Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals.
“No concerns,” Brown said of Curry’s left ankle. “He’s a guy that constantly gets maintenance, which he should. Not only him, but most of our guys do. They do a good job with that. He’s definitely good to go tomorrow.”
Curry appeared to be receiving treatment from the team trainer on his left ankle late in the third quarter of the Warriors’ Game 1 win over Utah on Tuesday night.
