Stephen Curry impressed by brother’s breakout season with Dallas

While researching stats recently for his job as the Hornets’ color commentator, Dell Curry stumbled upon a graphic of his two sons’ three-point shooting percentages. It was Seth, not two-time reigning NBA MVP Stephen, with the better numbers.

“He made sure to take a picture of that and send it to both of us,” Stephen, chuckling, said after shoot-around Tuesday.

After several seasons on the NBA’s fringes, the younger of the Curry brothers has emerged as a reliable starter for the Mavericks. His 43.1-percent clip beyond the arc, which is nearly four points more than Stephen, ranks fifth in the league.
