We’ll have to wait until next week’s Golden State Warriors season opener to see Steph Curry in action again. A few hours before the team’s Friday night preseason finale against the Los Angeles lakers, the Warriors announced that Curry will not play in the game, after spraining his right index finger in practice. It’s the same finger that Curry had injured during the team’s third preseason game, and which likely factored into Curry resting for their fourth game.
Thankfully, coach Steve Kerr doesn’t seem concerned, and said Curry will be fine for the first game of the season.
