On December 4th, Stephen Curry sprained his right ankle in an awful roll against the New Orleans Pelican. Luckily, there was no damage to the bone, but it seems to be quite a serious sprain.
Unfortunately, Curry has a history of ankle issues: he has repeatedly sprained that right ankle, and even had surgery on it twice. They used to be recurring and quite problematic for Steph, even threatening his career, but it hasn’t been a problem for years—until now.
It makes sense for the Warriors to approach the injury cautiously.
