Steph Curry left Wednesday’s Golden State Warriors game against the Phoenix Suns after reportedly breaking his hand. The news was first reported by Marcus Thompson II of The Athletic.
The team has since confirmed the news.
The two-time MVP went up for a layup and came down hard on his hands and chest, only to have Suns center Aron Baynes land on top of him.
Curry was clearly in pain, though also was seen laughing at one point. Perhaps the laughter was of the “un-freaking-believable” variety. He went straight to the locker room, and bypassed his free throws, which disqualified him from returning at any point during the game.
