It should come as no surprise that the Golden State Warriors had a few names listed when the league announced the 2017-18 All-NBA teams. Kevin Durant was selected to the first team, while Stephen Curry made the third team.
The third team is an odd place for Curry, since he’s clearly much better than that. However, voters apparently felt that the large number of games he missed was enough to dock him a little bit, though not enough to leave him off the list entirely.
Curry received two first team votes, 39 second team votes, and 37 third team votes.
