SAN ANTONIO — The hits keep coming for the Spurs.
Power forward David Lee exited Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals with 2:57 remaining in the first quarter after sustaining an apparent injury to his lower leg.
Lee drove through the lane and made contact with Draymond Green before making a layup. Unable to shoot his free throw, Lee left the floor with the assistance of two others while Joel Anthony shot free throws in his place.
Lee was seen headed back to the locker room in a wheelchair.
This is the third injury the Spurs have sustained during the postseason.
