Another game, another set of injuries, and another tough loss for the Golden State Warriors, who took on the league-leading Boston Celtics and played them about as well as anyone could have hoped for. With D’Angelo Russell spraining his thumb, Eric Paschall needing medical attention for his hand, and Jordan Poole rolling his ankle, the already shorthanded Warriors were even more shorthanded as the game entered crunch time, with Russell ruled out and Poole hobbling around to the best of his ability. And yet, the Dubs had a 5 point lead with just over two and a half minutes to go before their fortunes took a turn for the worse.
