It was Opening Night at Chase Center on Thursday evening, as the Warriors took to the Chase Center floor for the first game of the 2019-20 season. Dub Nation came out in full force to support the squad on newly-minted Warriors Ground. After years in the making, it was undoubtedly a memorable night in the franchises’s history with the team’s first game in San Francisco since 1971.
Before the game, fans arrived at Thrive City and eagerly explored the plaza, Warriors Shop and more. In the center of the plaza, the Inside the NBA crew set up shop while NBC Sports Bay Area held their first-ever broadcast from right outside of The Gatehouse.
