I confess I’ve never been much interested in “game summaries” per se.
Not interested in reading them. And not interested in writing them.
This is based on the presumption that one’s already seen a game and doesn’t need “what happened” parroted back. What’s interesting are different ways of “reading” a game. Having someone point out something new (or newly interesting) to look for.
And I’m finding the above axiom, if anything, even more relevant in a season such as this one. Not because the W’s are losing a lot. But because failings and limitations can run together from game to game.
