The Santa Cruz Warriors, G League affiliate of the reigning NBA champion Golden State Warriors, closed out their 4-game homestand on the best possible note, blowing out the visiting Long Island Nets 102-67 on Friday at Kaiser Permanente Arena. The Sea Dubs improve to 5-2, which currently positions them at the third seed in the NBA G League Western Conference.
Santa Cruz will carry a 4-game win streak heading into a short, 2-game road trip. They’ll first visit Des Moines, IA to match up with the Iowa Wolves, later heading down to Frisco, TX to face off against the Texas Legends.
