At full strength, it has been a long time since the Golden State Warriors got flat out annihilated by an opposing team – the last instance of this was probably the home Milwaukee game where Steph got injured. Coincidentally, that was the last game I attended in person. Again, having circled this matchup on the calendar even before the barnburner that occurred in Toronto, I made the lengthy trek from Palo Alto to Oakland. Some of the luster was stolen from this game when Kawhi Leonard was held out due to a hip injury, and what luster was left evaporated by halftime, as the Dubs got torched, losing by 20 in a game that they literally never had a chance in.
