Retiring Bryant tops early NBA All-Star balloting (AFP)

New York (AFP) - Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant, retiring after this season to end a 20-year career, is the runaway vote leader for the 65th NBA All-Star Game, the league announced Friday.
