OAKLAND – While it may not be a permanent alteration, it appears the Warriors’ experiment to try and get Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry more extended court time together is going to continue for awhile.
The rationale is simple: It’s working pretty sweetly so far, even with Draymond Green off the floor during significant portions of the first and third quarters and running with a whole new group in the second and fourth that might be a bit offensively challenged.
Coach Steve Kerr and the key players involved are quick to point out that it’s an experiment and nothing more as of now.
