Just before Tuesday’s deadline for playoff eligibility, veteran shooter Kevin Martin agreed to a buyout with the Timberwolves, giving him the opportunity to join a playoff team.
Last week, with the buyout heavily rumored, the likeliest landing spot was San Antonio.

And that’s exactly where he’s going to end up, according to ESPN's Marc Stein.
The Spurs have already been active on the buyout market, signing veteran point guard Andre Miller, and waiving guard Ray McCallum to make room.
