In an attempt to shed salary to accommodate Dwyane Wade, the Bulls are reportedly nearing two separate deals that will land veterans on new teams.
Chicago is finalizing a deal to send forward Mike Dunleavy to the defending NBA champion Cavs, and they have a deal to send point guard Jose Calderon to the Lakers.
News of the deals was first reported by The Vertical.
Dunleavy, a 14-year veteran, had spent the last three seasons with the Bulls. Last season, he played in 31 games, averaging 7.2 points and 2.7 rebounds.
Dunleavy is scheduled to make $4.
