Andrew Bogut, the former center for the Golden State Warriors at the start of their championship run, looks ready to return to Oakland for the remainder of this season.
According to a report in Yahoo Sports, the Warriors will sign Bogut after he gets a letter of clearance from his current team, the Sydney Kings of Australia's National Basketball League.
The Australian was an integral part of the Warriors' 2015 championship and their record 73-win season in 2016, with his deft passes and solid picks. However, Bogut was one of the players Golden State could no longer afford after bringing on Kevin Durant in 2016.
