Two Lakers coaches — head coach Darvin Ham and assistant Chris Jent — stepped onto the court during Warriors guard Jordan Poole’s potential game-tying 3-pointer with 10 seconds to play in Los Angeles’ 117-112 Game 1 win at Chase Center in San Francisco on Tuesday.
Jent, with one foot fully on the court, screamed at Lakers wing Jarred Vanderbilt to run over and contest Poole’s three. Then Ham stepped even farther onto the court and raised a hand (similar to a defender) just as Poole rose up for his shot.
