The Memphis Grizzlies are a tremendous defensive team with elite low-post scorers. But the last two games, they’ve been unable to slow down the Warriors’ offense and have struggled to find their own scorers in the paint. David Joerger has stressed the need to score more — and leaned more heavily on Jeff Green and Vince Carter for those extra points — but in doing so has lost what makes the Grizzlies so dangerous. In Game 6, with the season on the line, I expect the Grizzlies to get back to basics. If the Warriors advance tonight, they will have earned it.
