Warriors star Kevin Durant has sold his Oklahoma City condo for $1.1 million, reports the Los Angeles Times.
The 7,000 square foot property was originally two units before KD combined them into one. It features six bedrooms, eight baths and separate rooms for billiards, movies and sauna, among many other features.
The property was put on the market in January for $1.5 million and sold at a loss. Rhonda Bratton of Churchill-Brown & Associates Realtors was the listing agent.
Durant played for the Oklahoma City Thunder between 2008-2016 before he decided to join the Warriors.
