Beyonce and Jay-Z were the biggest stars at Oracle Arena as they sat courtside during Game 3 of the NBA Finals.
Before they took their seats, Metallica and Tenille Arts each performed the “Star-Spangled Banner” and Canadian national anthem respectively. Metallica got an extra loud cheer from the hometown crowd. For those looking for an encore, James Hetfield, Kirk Hammett and the rest of the band will open up the Golden State Warriors’ new San Francisco home, the Chase Center, in September. They will perform with the San Francisco Symphony. Meanwhile, Jay-Z could afford those courtside seats. He recently joined Joe Lacob as part of the billionaire club.
