The Golden State Warriors defeated the Phoenix Suns 118-96 on Friday night, avenging their loss earlier this week and snapping Phoenix’s 18 game winning streak. The Dubs also play again tomorrow, so we’re going grab bag tonight to recap the contest:
- First, the caveats. The Suns were without Devin Booker, who went out injured in the second quarter on Tuesday. That obviously greatly changes the dynamic for Phoenix, and it makes any sort of sweeping generalizations about both of these games difficult, as both ends of the floor look pretty different for the Warriors if Booker is playing.
