As San Francisco bans any gathering of more than 1,000 people, and more county health department issue guidelines recommending against large events, more festivals, concerts and programs are being canceled.
The San Francisco ban — announced Wednesday and in effect for two weeks — means the next Golden State Warriors home game at the Chase Center in San Francisco — Thursday against the New Jersey Nets — will be played without fans present.
