The Golden State Warriors currently have 14 players under contract with fully guaranteed salaries for the 2016-17 season, and all of them are expected to make the opening-night roster in late October. Between now and the start of training camp in late September, the Warriors will bring in up to six more players to compete for the 15th roster spot, and they have agreed to two deals in recent days.
Over the weekend, ESPN's Marc Stein reported that veteran center JaVale McGee has agreed to a training camp contract with the Warriors after spending 2015-16 with the Dallas Mavericks.
