Entering the offseason, one of the main priorities for the Golden State Warriors among most fans was finding an additional bench shooter, which we all assumed would mean exploring numerous wing options.
Last offseason, the Warriors took a chance on Omri Casspi and Nick Young, but the former fell in love with cutting to the basket and the latter is...the latter. Entering a wing-heavy 2018 NBA Draft, the Warriors sought a 3-and-D wing and ended up with Jacob Evans, who struggled with his shot out of the gate in NBA Summer League.
