NBA Finals: Cavaliers complete historic comeback to win NBA title

OAKLAND -- The Warriors' collapse was completed with a 93-89 Game 7 loss in the NBA Finals to the Cleveland Cavaliers that will be remembered as a dark day for the franchise.

The 73-win team in the regular season failed to cap off its year with a championship and became the first not to capture the title after holding a 3-1 lead in the Finals.The Larry O'Brien Trophy belonged to LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and the Cavaliers, who brought a major pro sports championship to Cleveland for the first time in 52 years.Irving scored 26 points, breaking the tie and hitting the go-ahead 3-pointer over Curry with 53 seconds left.
