On Wednesday, June 17, the "Warriors will look to trade David Lee" rumors began.
Lee was officially traded to Boston a couple of weeks later, and on Friday night, he will face his former team.
"This is a business, and because of the salary cap and things like that, it was time for me to move on, and that's what I did," Lee told Diamond Leung of the San Jose Mercury News on Wednesday.
