Quinn Cook has been a godsend for the Warriors over the last few weeks.
With Stephen Curry out of the lineup, Cook, a second-year guard out of Duke who is signed to a two-way contract, has played major minutes and provided vital offense to a team that was down its four top offensive players (and only double-digit scorers) in their last game.
Cook, who has jettisoned back and forth between the Warriors’ minor league affiliate in Santa Cruz and Oakland this season, has started the last six games and is averaging 34 minutes and 16 points per contest.
