Kurtenbach: Seven thoughts ahead of Game 7

HOUSTON — They’re the two best words in sports: Game 7.

Unless you’re a fan of either participating team, of course. In that case, they’re two words that can raise one’s blood pressure.

Either way, this one is for everything, and it’ll feature two heavyweights — tired, battered, and desperate — duking it out for a chance to play LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers later this week (jeez, time flies) in the NBA Finals.

I won’t make a prediction on the final score, but — surprise, surprise — I do have thoughts heading into this winner-take-all contest:
