Klay Thompson took the stage at the Warriors’ media day Monday and discussed the team’s lofty goals.
“We won’t be complacent, I’ll tell you that,” Thompson said. “These guys are too competitive. We’ve tasted winning, and we’re kind of addicted. …
“We all do really have one common goal, and that’s to hoist the Larry O’Brien again.”
The shooting guard also reiterated his goal of joining with point guard Stephen Curry in becoming the league’s best-ever backcourt. Thompson believes both have room for growth and development.
“Obviously, Steph is on top of his game right now,” Thompson said.
